Our innovative Schnitzelmaster is the result of years of expertise and passion, developed by Franz Kindermann in Germany who understand the nuances of culinary needs. Franz Kindermann invented the Schnitzelmaster machine over 20 years ago in Germany. He was fed up with having to pound schnitzels all the time, so he invented this clever little almost indestructible machine. The device has been on the market since 2002, after it proved its worth on the family owned holiday farm. It makes it possible to turn a small piece of meat into a large and thin one with just a few turns of a crank.  

In 2016, Sebastian Kindermann, the founder's son, took over management, and in 2018 they made the jump across the pond to North America to introduce the Schnitzelmaster PROFI and MAXI. Our customers include restaurants, hotels, snack bars, caterer and meat shops.
