Fasten the Schnitzelmaster housing on a stable work table with the 2 clamps.
Pull the Schnitzelmaster yellow bags over the roller and position the tenderizer rollers with the point to the front.
Hold the back roller into the housing [blue point up] and line up the axle [blue point up] and push the axle through the wheel. Make sure the axle pin fits the housing and the roller.
Align the red points on roller and wheel and push axle through. Apply light pressure to lock axle in place.
....READY TO GO
Disassembly
Align all red & blue points an out the axles. Always disassemble before cleaning.
Cleaning
All components can either be washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
