How the Schnitzelmaster is working

 

Use of Schnitzelmaster bags: One plastic cover bag is pulled over each tenderising roller. The bag is made of a special heavy-duty plastic foil. With these plastic foils the meat is treated even more gentle. Excellent results can be achieved with turkey and poultry meat. (Expand the inner side of the foil cover before pulling over the tenderising rollers.)

Practical tips:                                                                                                                                                                                                           * Prepare meat with large surface [Butterfly slice]                                                                                                                                            * Insert the thinner side of the meat in the roller first.                                                                                                                                        * Do not turn the crank with force.                                                                                                                                                                       *If necessary, cut through connective tissue and tendons [important when you want to tenderise the meat very thin].                                   The cut prevents that the meat is torn apart.

Set the desired meat thickness on the skale.

Insert the meat from above and turn the crank forward. Do not crank with force.

Turn the crank forward until the meat is completely engaged by the rollers - but DO NOT push the meat all the way through.

Turn the crank backwards - and take out the meat on the top of the machine.
