The Schnitzelmaster at work

1)  Select the desired meat thickness you want on the scale.

 

2)  Insert the meat from and turn the crank forward. 

MEAT FIBER IS STRETCHED

 3)  Turn the crank until the meat is completely enganged by the rollers, but do not push all the way through!

4)  Turn the crank backward and take out the meat on top of the machine.

MEAT IS STRETCHED, TENDERIZED AND READY TO GO.


  • Use of Schnitzelmaster Yellow bags:  Place the plastic cover bag over each tenderizing roller.

         The bags are made of a special heavy-duty plastic foil. With these plastic foils the meat is treated even more gentle.

          Excellent results can be achieved with poultry meats.


         Practical tips:

  • Product to thick (chicken breast) - Butterfly
  • Insert thinner side of product first.
  • Never turn the crank with force! 
  • Increase width of rollers and run meat through, then reduce width of roller to desired thickness.
