1)  Fasten the Schnitzel-master housing with clamps to your working area.

Note: the front slot (red) is longer on the bottom, then the back slot (blue).

2)  Pull the Schnitzelmaster bags over each roller.

Note: the red roller indentation is longer on the bottom then the blue roller.

3)  Install the back (blue)  roller first by holding the roller in the devise,  pushing the axle through the housing and the roller,  until it is locked in place.

4)  Then install the front (red) roller the same way.  Push the axle with the cranks through until it locks in place.
