Assembly & Disassembly of the Schnitzelmaster
Four easy steps to assemble and disassemble the machine - and you or anybody can tackle the job .
Step 1
Fasten the Schnitzelmaster housing on a stable work table with the 2 clamps. The housing has
Step 2
Pull the Schnitzelmaster yellow bags over the roller and position the tenderizer rollers with the point to the front.
Step 3
Hold the back roller into the housing [blue point up] and line up the axle [blue point up] and push the axle through the wheel. Make sure the axle pin fits the housing and the roller.
Step 4
Align all red points on roller and wheel and push axle through. Apply light pressure to lock axle in place. .....READY TO GO
Disassembly
Align all red & blue points an out the axles. Always disassemble before cleaning.
Cleaning
All components can either be washed by hand, or placed and washed in a dishwasher.
